Authorized Users

This platform is restricted to Porter & Associates, Inc. personnel, family office users, employees, contractors, clients, or other users expressly approved by Porter & Associates, Inc. Unauthorized access, attempted access, copying, scraping, or use is prohibited.

Each user is responsible for keeping access credentials confidential. Do not share passwords, links, work files, reports, valuation models, client records, or platform output with anyone who has not been approved by Porter & Associates, Inc.

Permitted Use

The platform is provided for appraisal workflow, valuation support, report preparation, document review, assignment tracking, and related internal business purposes. Users may not use the platform for unlawful activity, unauthorized competitive use, reverse engineering, interference with service operations, or any activity that compromises client confidentiality.

Confidentiality

Reports, spreadsheets, comparable data, assignment information, uploaded documents, notes, and related work product may contain confidential, proprietary, personal, or client-sensitive information. Users must handle that information in accordance with applicable engagement letters, professional obligations, confidentiality agreements, firm policies, and applicable law.

Professional Services

Platform content supports workflow and document preparation only. Final appraisal opinions, assumptions, certifications, limiting conditions, and professional obligations are governed by signed engagement terms, applicable professional standards, and the final issued report. Platform output should be reviewed by qualified personnel before reliance or distribution.

Availability and Changes

Porter & Associates, Inc. may update, restrict, suspend, or discontinue access to the platform or any feature at any time. The platform may contain draft information, template language, editable fields, or links to working files and is provided without a guarantee that every item is complete, current, or error-free.
